i was with this guy a while back and we ended because he claimed it ‘wasn’t working’ when in my mind i thought it was going really well and i was really falling for him.. a few days after the break up i received a drunk phone call from him and he told me he finished with me because he doesn’t do feelings and he was falling for me and he didn’t like not having control over how he felt about me. He said i was different to all his previous girlfriends and he didn’t want to hurt me because he couldn’t change who he was to be with me or something.. anyway, i noticed some weird discharge on my pants and went to the doctors and turns out he gave me chlamydia.. ive asked him about it but he wont admit it was him but seeing ive only slept with him and a virgin it was defiantly him. Now he’s saying he wants to re try things because he ‘loves’ me. i have feelings for him and im still gutted from him finishing things. What do i do, he has a reputation with girls but he says he wants to change :-/ ?

Im a girl, im 17 yrs old and I had suspicions of being infected with some kind of STD.My symptoms include an unusual (bad) odor,alot of thick discharge,sometimes pain or burning while I am urinating.I also have dark colored,foul smelling urine.I shower 2 times a day,and when I would wash “down there” it seems it actually got stronger when I used soap.I’m never clean or even fresh smelling anymore,even after I just scrubbed myself.Of course I went to the doctor to be tested,they only test for gonorrhea and chlamydia, and they told my Father at first that it was positive.He just called back and now they say its negative.Now my father doesnt want to help me and hes saying that I probably just have a yeast infection.I really need help thanks in advance
Yes the doctor said at first he didnt know if its gonorrhea or chlamydia and now he says its a negative result! First Ill run up to the store and get yeast infection pills and see what happens

i recently had been tested positive for chlamydia, and just today i was given a 1g dose of azithromycin to cure it, after i got home i looked up the drug, and came across alot of people who had taken the drug and on a second visit after being sexually abstinent had been diagnosed with chlamydia again, i’m just curious if this treatment is effective?

I have recently been diagnosed with hpv and now I am worried that he was lying about everything…could he have known he had hpv? My doctor tested me for Chlamydia and Ghonnoria (sp?? sorry!) but not hiv for some reason!! He was my boy friend for almost two years and I really thought I trusted him. But now I am worried…I am only 20 and I have my whole life ahead of me!!!

I’ve had 6 partners. The first I knew was clean (I saw the test results), the second and third-I have no idea but used condoms, the fourth was without a condom (against!! my permission), the fifth was a virgin and the sixth has had screenings every 6 months and has come back clean. I’m currently being tested for herpes, chlamydia and ghonnerea and will probably go in to have an HIV test done next week. I live in the midwest by the way, so HIV isn’t horribly common, but I’m still nervous. I don’t have much of a risk do I? I’m going to slow down my sex life anyway, last year was WAY out of control.

well this is the thing when i have vaginal intercourse doggy style somehow my butt hurts or like if i need to go to the toilet..lol and sometimes my abdomen hurts…idk i think myabe my partner goes too hard…back like 3 years ago i had chlamydia but i got treated sometimes i think i might have PID pelvic inflamtory desease.however i already did a pap smear and im clean doc didnt find anything wrong..can anyone give me thier opinion?

Hi there. Recently I was diagnosed with Chlamydia, was treated exactly 2 weeks ago. All symptoms went away except that I have slightly swollen lymph nodes in groin. They are not huge, but they are feelable. Hopefully the nodes in groin are feelable are from the recent Chlamydia infection and wont last. But I have also had swollen lymph nodes around my jaw for years actually, sometimes they are small and sometimes they are bigger. At first I was worried that I might have some kind of serious illness or disease. Like HIV or Cancer, but I dont have swollen nodes in armpit. I have had 4 caries (cavities,tooth decay,etc.) left untreated for about 4 years. Throughout the 4 years they have hurt occassionally when I was about 13 I was prescribed Ampicilin for infection and I was supposed to go back to the dentist, although my phobia of the dentist wouldnt let me. So here I am 3 years later, still swollen lymph nodes under jaw. I was wondering if it is most likely from my dental caries? They havent hurt in a while only when a piece of food gets stuck in there or something like that. Could leaving those caries untreated for about 4 years cause any great complications? I have a dentist appointment next week. But just wanted to ask around.

my reason for thinking i am infertile is because i have been trying to conceive for about a year and a half now and there nothing happening, i was on birth control for about four months but stopped taking them to start trying to conceive, in august of 2009 i found out i had gonorrhea/ chlamydia and was treated for and was cured, my new boyfriend of 6 months and i are desperately trying to conceive but im afraid that i might be infertile because of the std, he is also a active weed smoker, daily drinker and pops a ex pill from time to time, do you think his sperm count is low because of this are am i the on that is infertile please give me some advice!!!!
