yesterday I started developing some hip pain and over night it got worse and started to spread to my lower back only on the left side though. when I push on my back right below my ribs it hurts in my stomach. its a sharp pain. I can barely walk or sit or lay down. Nothing makes it feel better. I dont know if this is relevant but I was recently diagnosed with Chlamydia. I took antibiotics to get rid of it. Ive heard of PID but I didnt read about any symptoms like mine. Plus the nurse said I must have just got it because it didnt show up on my previous papsmear when they checked for chlamydia and gonnorhea, which was in May. I went in for a yeast infection and they did another test just so and it showed up positive. Although I have no idea how I contracted an STD because I am in a relationship with one person only, they claim it must have came from him. Ive been thinking that I may have had it before and it was just a false negative in May. So I guess Im asking if that is true and Ive had Chlamydia for over a year, does it sound like I may have PID? My symptoms are different than what I read but im not sure. All the pain is on one side (left). Its almost a sore pain but when i press on my back it creates a sharp pain in my stomach. I did not do any extrenuous activities for my hip and back to be sore. I dont have insurance and I dont want to go to the doctor in case it is something thats not serious at all. Any input would be great.

Also, this has been my first “test” for chlamydia, so i don’t know how long i’ve been carrying it.
i first had unprotected sex when i was 15, (stupid i know!!!!!)
I am now 17.
i would also like to know how long would it take for it to make me infertile..

I posted this question earlier and have been getting no responses, so ill try to explain a little better. My left hip/pelvic area (more towards hip though), lower back and thigh is hurting really bad. its kind of a sore feeling but when i press on my back i feel a sharp pain in my lower stomach. I also feel a lot of pressure in there right now. I was recently diagnosed with chlamydia and was not sure how long i had it or how i got it really bc ive been with one person for over a year. I was thinking pelvic inflammatory disease but the nurse said I must have just contracted chlamdyia because I had a negative test in May, although i know its possible it was a false negative. I was given antibiotics on the 15th. This pain just started last night and has been doing nothing but getting worse. I hurts when I move or when the lower part of my stomach moves when i breathe deep. Its been slowly going down my leg. I havent done any extrenuous activities to have pulled anything. Its not my kidneys, I know what that feels like. Id rather not just get links about PID. I would like people who have possibly been in this situation or know a little about these symptoms to help. Ive already read about PID and dont need anymore links. I would just go to the doctor, but i dont have health insurance and I dont want to go in right away if i can find out its not something serious. I dont think the health clinic will do a test for PID because they say that i had my meds for chlamydia and im fine. And swear that the test in May couldnt have been a false negative. So I dont know anything for sure. I know they wont do anything else for me because theyre tests are “so expensive”.

And I was with him for nearly two years. I have moderate
dysplasia from the HPV, and I have a high-risk cancer situation…

excluding only my aunt. I take vitamin C, womens one a day, enchinea,
other herbal supplements, excercise, sleep 8 hours…but my
doctor said today it’s getting worse.

so i have shown no signs of anything, by my gf of only 3 months recently was complaining of ”losing feeling” down there and went to get tested..and apparently she has chlamydia which isnt that bad it goes away after two weeks of pils..now i still to this day dont feel it but if she has it i definately do lets put it that way. i really think it was her dirty ex that decided to bless us with it but thats beside the point.
