HI Im 17 years old and I keep getting mixed signals with my vagina. I just recently started messing with an older guy and we’ve been having alot of sex. Now I think I have a yeast infection. I’ve had one before but the symptoms were way stronger than they are now. Yesterday and the day before they were pretty obvious and I just went to go get the medicine for it today but right now at this moment I don’t feel anything. Like anything at all no itching or burning except only when I wipe after I use the bathroom. Earlier when I went to the bathroom I smelled the smell of old urine on my underwear which was very unusual. Last month I bled between periods and my friend told me it could possibly be chlamydia. OMG someone help please. Tell me what you think it may be. PLEASE.

I read somewhere that you’re supposed to take 1g of azithromycin. I currently have a bottle of 250mg pills of azithromycin. If I take 4 of these pills, will it accurately subsitute for the recommended 1g of azithromycin? Do I need to take this once, or twice, or what?

Ok so I have this sore in the pubic hair above my penis, its about the size of a quarter. After it showed up I was tested for EVERYTHING including HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia, genital warts, you name it. I was even tested for some third world country bacterial infection that only had 26 cases reported last year in the united states. Nothing came back positive. The doctor told me she THINKS its Chancroid but wasn’t sure (that’s the third world country one). Now after doing alot of thinking, and alot of research, I am thinking that it may be some sort of staph infection. I notice that the edges are flaking just a little, the wound pusses. They have me on an antibiotic called Azithromycin. It seems to make the wound scab over the next day after taking them ( I am to take 4 pills once a week for three weeks ) but pus still builds up under the scab then it bursts again 2 days later. Also the puss seems to be originating from one point in the center of the wound. But the area around it is inflamed a little swollen and red. It looks almost like the puss goes into the wound? My glands in my groin are enlarged too. The wound doesn’t hurt but itches from time to time and is red around it. Does anyone have any clue what this is? Obviously I can’t rely on modern medicine to tell me because like I said the antibiotics aren’t working. They did take away the headaches I have been getting since I got the infection though. But I also am confused because if it was staph wouldn’t it have progressed a lot more than than it has by now? It’s been over a month. It also hasn’t spread outside of the one wound. Could I have nicked myself shaving and it got infected…THAT BAD?

I have chlamydia when I first got it I had symptoms since then I haven’t had any and I been taking my meds for it . Does that mean its healing? Also if its infected in the vagina can it be transmitted thru anal sex? And how long does it take to heal once I’m done with my meds?

In June ‘09, I was diagnosed with chlamydia at planned parenthood (now don’t be judgy, my ex gave it to me from cheating, I left him). Me and my now-partner went in to get treated (we wanted to get the treatment at the same time, obviously). But they said “we don’t see men today”. wtf.
