My boyfriend is 20 and I’m 19. Before him, I was with two different guys sexually speaking; One was a long-term bf and I’m 97% sure that he never gave me anything, and then when we broke up I had a fling with another guy that lasted several months and I’m not sure if he gave me anything so a few days ago, for my boyfriend’s and my own sake, I got STD tests. I got tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis and HIV (My clinic couldn’t offer herpes unless I payed and I have no money atm, though I was planning to try and find a cheap test elsewhere…). I got negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and I told my bf about it, and he was all like, “I’m glad for that, to be honest I sorta don’t care for that, but I’m really happy for you.”

yes i have gone to the dr many times over this. ive gotten all sorts of tests including chlamydia screening. Yes i am sexually active, and my fiance and i havent been using protection…we will soon (got the nuva ring). i have had almsit every type of vaginal infection and have been given all kinds of antibiotics. gels. etc. ive followed instructions….why does sex still hurt? why does it smell down there? why has this infection not gone away?

can you catch it any other way? iv done 2 tests to make sure but both negative, he slept with a girl in december but used a condom, since then me and him have had loads of un protected sex, he got tested in may so im guessing he either slept with a girl in april and i didn’t catch it the 1 time we had sex in may or he had sex after then … HELP

her doctor does this normally on married women. Sounds fishy. Why would they do a full vd series without a request, esp. when married so long(I found out about the testing because I saw it on the insurance bill, she never mentioned it until I brought up the bill). Do physicians normally test married women for chlamydia, etc., as a routiine part of the test???

Me and my boyfriend have chlamydia. We took treatment 1000mg of azitromycin.
He took tablets earlier than me, I took mine ( all as a single dose) 2 weeks after him ( all because i was going for my holidays, so there wasn’t a choice)
So when I came back we had protected sex, and then 2 days later I took antibiotics.
We wait 6 days, ( should 7) and had again PROTECTED SEX
I am scared that it is not cleared up. He touched my vaginal fluids,and then went to bath and washed his hands with soap thoroughly.
Then i saw him touching the tip of his penis.
So i am worried, if im not clean yet, is there any chance that he reinfect himself??
or it is ok, if he whed his hands???
But we used condom.
I mean could he be reinfected after he washed his hands?

I have dealt with this problem since I was 14. I have tried everything under the sun, but it returns a few months after. I tried birth control, a strong pill used for chlamydia, and other pills/cream type things. Still it came back after 2-3 months. I do not want to go to the doctors office because thry do not do anything, just prescribe more meds some I had already taken. I have exercised and watched my diet. I lost 10 lbs thus far and still workin on my health. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
